Responsibilities

What you will do as a Sales Representative

You will be responsible to meet and exceed your KPIs and targets. You will generate leads and effectively manage them to close.

  • Solve our client’s problems with your expertise. Find solutions with your expertise, matching clients’ pain points to our solutions. Our customer motto is “Let Us Make It Easy For You.”
  • Source your own new leads (we may supplement these with some inbound leads).
  • Qualify the leads and set some of your own appointments.
  • Perform in-home consultations for the Best Buy Window Treatment LLC.
  • Educate and advise the client about the products.
  • Take the measurements and provide quotes to clients.
  • Continue communication during and after the sale with the client and other team members.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  • Continue learning and training on related products, marketing, and technologies.

This is a Full-time position in Head Office working at Coral Springs. Covering a 25-mile radius of Miramar, Florida & surrounding areas.

 

Requirements

You are the ideal candidate if you possess

  • 2-3 years of identifying, developing, and closing your own leads. We will supplement you with some more too!
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales and commission targets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Creative skills to create a design proposal.
  • Proven experience in using department systems and processes, such as CRMs and sales tools.
  • Proven strength/track record in building relationships
